ICOM general conference

Museums and cultural landscapes was the theme of the 24th General ICOM conference (3-9 july 2016). My contribution was a presentation about the Amsterdam Red Light District through the lens of this concept cultural landscape (more about that in a next blog). I spoke at the joint meeting of CAMOC (City Museums) and the ICR (Architecture of museums), two of the 30 committees ICOM members can join.
